About our Partners

The Drop Wine Company
A wine company that respects the past – the players, the style, the grapes! But the past has passed and life got fast. (The answer was never at the bottom of a bottle anyway.) So we twisted tradition, bent wine to our will, and put it in a can. Let’s forget the corkscrew without being screwed. Finally, a wine packed to keep up with us.

Brooklyn Cured
At Brooklyn Cured, we make small-batch charcuterie using sustainable meat and fine-dining technique. We make sausages, hot dogs, smoked meats, and salumi using meat raised with no antibiotics from farms that we trust. Our products and flavor profiles are inspired by the cultural diversity and culinary history of Brooklyn neighborhoods that have attracted hard-working people from all over the world.

Starring:

Olympian and Winter Village Skating Ambassador Johnny Weir

Reigning World Champion pairs skaters Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford

The music and flashy fashions of the 1980s are taking over the Rink tonight for a major #flashbackfriday. Dust off your fanny packs and acid wash jeans, tease that hair and join us for a spin around the ice to a playlist of classic 80s hits. Also, take a photo with themed props in the Skate Pen. Costumes strongly encouraged. Rink admission is free, as always! Skate rentals priced as normal. Now the only question is… spandex or parachute pants?

Come visit an urban interpretation of an “ice” castle – it’s constructed from giant modular building blocks! Come nightfall, the castle is washed in dramatic uplighting. Best viewed from the 6th Avenue entrance of the park.

Calling all NYC dog owners: Winter Carnival invites you to “unleash” your furball’s sense of style at an informal meet-up celebrating four-legged wintertime fashion. If Sparky loves sporting a cable knit sweater, or has a killer canine overcoat, come show it off and take the perfect seasonal photo with our giant Winter Carnival ice castle while you’re at it.

No need to preregister; just show up to sniff some new friends and have a doggone good time. Note: The event area is not a dog run and is not enclosed – please plan to keep your dog leashed and clean up after your own pooch.

Sweep sweep sweep! We'll have professional instructors and equipment on hand to teach you how to play this classic oddball winter sport.

Line will form on eastern edge of ice rink. Skates not permitted - shoes only. Do not go through the Skating Pavilion to access this activity. Open Skating will be available on the rest of the Rink as usual.
